Tidbits...

Several little things to report:

First of all, Aaron has his first air drop flight today- not in a simulator--in the actual plane. The thought of him flying so low at such a high speed makes me nervous, I won't lie, but I'm sure he'll do great. Pray for him if you get a chance :)

I took Howard to the vet the other day- his second appointment in about 2.5 weeks-- and he had gained 10 lbs. TEN. He's just over 30 lbs now... and only 12 weeks old...

Rod and Betty have a new daughter-- Mary Charles Veazey-- My dad texted me a picture of her (how in the world he figured out how to text a picture is beyond me...) but I still haven't been emailed any- I'm SURE they're busy. But when I get some, I will, as always, be happy to share. She was 8 lbs 8 0z and she and her mother are doing great...

Brittany, Emily and I are hastily throwing together a diaper shower for a girl who's about to pop with twins and it is this Sunday. Any great ideas for baby shower games? (Or good menu items?)

And finally, speaking of the name "brittany" (but let's spell it "Britney for this)-- some girls came over yesterday for some coffee and biscuits but more importantly, to purchase tickets to the Britney Spears concert here in Tacoma next week. Yes. I'm going to a Britney Spears concert and I'm not even a little bit ashamed. I'm rather excited.
